1. Giriş

Bu koşullar, toroplayer.com web sitesi üzerinden satın alınan tüm Toro Player lisanslarını kapsar. Web sitesi üzerinden gerçekleştirilen her işlem, müşterinin bu koşulları eksiksiz ve geri alınamaz şekilde kabul ettiği anlamına gelir.

2. Amaç

Bu koşullar, LG webOS ve Samsung Tizen televizyonlarda çalışan Toro Player medya oynatıcı uygulaması için lisans satışına ilişkin tarafların hak ve yükümlülüklerini belirler. Lisanslar yalnızca bu web sitesi üzerinden satılır.

3. Satış süreci

Müşteri lisansı şu adımlarla satın alır:

Kart bilgileri doğrudan ödeme sağlayıcısı tarafından işlenir; Toro Player kart bilgilerinizi görmez ve saklamaz. Müşteri, seçtiği ödeme yöntemi için yeterli bakiyeye ve geçerli yetkiye sahip olduğunu taahhüt eder. Ödeme onaylandıktan sonra lisans, girilen MAC adresine sahip televizyonda etkinleşir.

4. Deneme süresi

Toro Player, uygulamanın denenebilmesi için her televizyonda ilk açılıştan itibaren gün ücretsiz olarak kullanılabilir. Deneme süresi sona erdiğinde uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmek için lisans satın alınması gerekir.

5. Fiyat

Lisans, televizyon (MAC adresi) başına 1 yıllık olarak satılır. Güncel fiyat, ödeme onayından önce aktivasyon sayfasında açıkça gösterilir. Lisans yalnızca satın alırken girilen MAC adresine sahip tek bir televizyonda geçerlidir ve başka bir cihaza devredilemez.

6. Yenileme

Lisans otomatik olarak yenilenmez ve kartınızdan tekrar ödeme alınmaz. Süre sona erdiğinde lisansınızı aynı aktivasyon sayfasından manuel olarak yenileyebilirsiniz.

7. İade politikası

Web sitesi üzerinden yapılan bir satın alımı, işlem tarihinden itibaren gün içinde herhangi bir gerekçe göstermeden iptal edebilirsiniz. Bu hakkı kullanmak için MAC adresinizi ve işlem numaranızı belirterek adresine yazın.

İptal işlendikten sonra lisans sistemimizden kaldırılır ve ilgili cihaz artık lisanslı olarak kullanılamaz.

8. İçerik sorumluluğu

Toro Player yalnızca bir medya oynatıcıdır; hiçbir kanal, IPTV aboneliği veya görsel-işitsel içerik sağlamaz ya da satmaz. Uygulamaya eklenen playlist'lerin ve içeriklerin yasal olmasından tamamen kullanıcı sorumludur. Toro Player, kullanıcıların uygulamaya yüklediği içerikten sorumlu tutulamaz.

9. Veri gizliliği

Ödeme ve aktivasyon sırasında toplanan veriler yalnızca siparişinizin işlenmesi için kullanılır ve Gizlilik Politikası'na uygun olarak gizli tutulur. Kişisel verilerinize erişim veya düzeltme talebi için adresine yazabilirsiniz.

1. Preamble

These terms govern all Toro Player licenses purchased through the toroplayer.com website. Any transaction carried out through the website implies the customer's full and irrevocable acceptance of these terms.

2. Purpose

These terms define the rights and obligations of both parties regarding the sale of licenses for the Toro Player media player application running on LG webOS and Samsung Tizen TVs. Licenses are sold exclusively through this website.

3. Sales process

The customer purchases a license as follows:

Card details are processed directly by the payment provider; Toro Player never sees or stores your card details. The customer guarantees having sufficient funds and valid authorization for the chosen payment method. Once the payment is confirmed, the license is activated on the TV with the MAC address entered.

4. Trial period

Toro Player can be used free of charge for days from first launch on each TV so that users can test the app. After the trial ends, a license must be purchased to continue using the app.

5. Pricing

Licenses are sold per TV (MAC address) for one year. The current price is clearly displayed on the activation page before payment confirmation. A license is valid only on the single TV with the MAC address entered at purchase and cannot be transferred to another device.

6. Renewal

Licenses do not renew automatically and your card is not charged again. When your license expires you can renew it manually from the same activation page.

7. Refund policy

You may cancel a purchase made on our website within days of the transaction without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at and provide your MAC address and transaction number.

Once the cancellation is processed, the license is removed from our system and the device is no longer licensed.

8. Content responsibility

Toro Player is a media player only; it does not provide or sell any channels, IPTV subscriptions or audiovisual content. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that the playlists and content they add to the app are lawful. Toro Player cannot be held responsible for content uploaded to the app by users.

9. Data privacy

Data collected during payment and activation is used only to process your order and is kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can request access to or correction of your personal data by contacting .

10. Proof of payment

Payment records stored by our authorized payment provider (Stripe) constitute valid proof of the transaction.
